Complete the merchant application below*.  The application will ask you to attach copies of the following. To make the process simpler,  have these ready to attach before beginning application.

• Valid Principal Owner(s) ID
• Voided check or bank letter (for funding account)
• Most recent year’s business tax return
  • Will also accept CPA audited Balance Sheet and Income Statement (P&L)
• Last 3 months worth of credit card processing statements

Once we receive your application, the due diligence process takes up to 7 business days.  Upon approval, we will issue you agreements and arrange training for both programs with staff.
