Items Needed Checklist

1. Complete dealer application and agreement and  below.

2. Submit a clear copy of valid government issued ID for the primary business owner listed on the application. 

3. Copy of voided check for business account where you want your funds deposited. 

4. Copy most recent business bank statement’s summary page showing name on the account and current balance.
